How affiliate will be consider the active players for settlement?

Affiliate should have five active users, Affiliate should get revenue from each player should be minimum ten thousand, those players will be considering as active users. Under ten players, five players should be loss the game upto ten thousand. Those players only will be consider as active user for settlement.
